Aldo is made by River Lentil LLC, a California limited liability company. It is a single-member LLC with no staff — one person builds it and answers the support mail. If something is broken, confusing, or wrong, write in and you will get a real answer from the person who wrote the code.
Email support@aldo-coach.app.
We reply within 3 business days. If your question needs longer than that to answer properly, you will still hear back inside that window with where it stands.
Include whatever you have:
The fastest route for anything broken is the in-app report: Settings → Bug Reports → Report a bug. It attaches your app version, recent errors, and what the app was doing at the time, so most reports can be diagnosed without a round of follow-up questions.
Replies land in the same place. Open Settings → Bug Reports to read what we sent back and to answer.
Email us instead if you cannot open the app at all, or if you would rather not send diagnostics.
Delete your account. Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your data from active systems. You can also email support@aldo-coach.app and ask us to do it, and we will confirm when it is done.
Get a copy of your data. Export a backup from Settings → Data & Backup, or email us and ask.
Correct or ask about your data. Email support@aldo-coach.app.
What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
Aldo is free while it is in beta. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
When paid plans start, you will manage them from Settings → Account → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal — payment method, invoices, and cancellation all live there. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds and billing terms are in the Terms of Use.
No. Aldo is a training tool, not a medical device or a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, or rehabilitate injuries, and its coaching is generated by an AI model that can be wrong. Read the Health & Safety Notice and Waiver before you train with it — it covers the risks, the limits of AI coaching, and what to do if something hurts.
If you have pain, a medical condition, or you are returning from an injury, talk to a qualified professional. Stop training and seek help for chest pain, dizziness, fainting, or a sudden sharp injury.
Nothing while it is in beta. Pricing will be announced in the app before it changes, and you will not be charged without agreeing first.
Your training history, program, notes you have written, and the profile details you gave during onboarding — that is what makes the coaching specific to you. It goes to Anthropic's API through our own backend to generate each response. The Privacy Policy has the full list, including who processes what.
There is a demo mode with canned responses so you can see the shape of the app. Real coaching needs an account, because the coaching is built on your own training history.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then email support@aldo-coach.app.
Tell Aldo in the chat first — describe what is off and it will adjust the plan. If the app itself is misbehaving, send a bug report from Settings → Bug Reports.
If you have found a security problem, email support@aldo-coach.app with "security" in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish anything. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty, but we will credit you if you want the credit.
